Description: Aya is a young girl, apparently somewhere between the ages 12 and 16, though it's difficult to tell exactly how old she is. She has wavy vibrant orange hair that reaches just past shoulder level, and has soft green eyes. She stands at about 5 and a half feet tall and has an athletic build from her training and combat experience. Because of magical healing, she has no scars or other blemishes like calluses, which can make her look soft, like someone who has never fought before. She almost always has a kind smile on her face, save for when she becomes determined in battle. Her usual attire is a dress in gold and brown, and she always wears a red scarf which was a gift from her friend Ephemer, and almost always wears a bronze crown which is enchanted to never fall off her head. Her (currently broken) armor is orange-red and shines like metal, though it is not exactly metal. It's a little spiky. It comes with a helmet that she usually leaves off except during intense combat.
Personality: Aya is kind and loyal to her friends, and quick to make friends. She is always ready to step in and help out, and would jump into the middle of a fight between friends or even casual acquaintances to try to stop it. If her friends were battling something, she would be eager to help out in any way she could. She seeks to do what is right, helping out as she travels across various worlds. She is determined and does not falter in even the harshest of situations. She follows her Heart, trusting it to lead her the right way. She is rather quiet, saving her words for the important things and letting her actions speak for her. When no one else is available, she is willing to step forward and take charge in order to get everyone working together, and is not afraid of going against authority if she knows that she's doing the right thing.
History: Aya arrived in Daybreak Town five years ago. Where she was before she ended up in Daybreak Town, she has no memory of. For a while, she lived with some of the others in Daybreak Town taking care of each other as they grew older, until when the Unions formed, she joined Unicornis and began undergoing missions to fight the Darkness, grow stronger, and eventually gather large amounts of Lux for the Union. For a long time she traveled the worlds mostly by herself, defeating the Darkness and helping the people she came across, and it wasn't until the Unions began fervently gathering Lux to try to summon Kingdom Hearts that she truly came to meet other wielders and make friends with them. She met Ephemer and Skuld, and began working with them to try to figure out the cause of and stop the impending Keyblade War, but they failed. After fighting in the war and collapsing at the end, she was rescued by Ephemer and Skuld who had been set aside to stay out of the war to preserve the Light and pass down the teachings of the Keyblade. She joined them in the Data World, and would have gone with them to travel to the future, but Darkness entered the Data World. When all seemed lost, and the three of them were trapped in the Data World with the Darkness, she tricked everyone and sacrificed herself to seal away the Darkness and herself with it. Trapped in the Data World as it was sealed away to prevent the Darkness from ever being able to escape, she was about to give up her life and be reincarnated when she was whisked away to become an Evermore.
Powers/Skills: As a Keyblade wielder, a veteran of the Keyblade War and then defeater of Darkness itself, Aya is very experienced in battle both physically and with magic. Her innumerable battles against the varied forms of Heartless make it so that she's rarely surprised in combat against unusual enemies, but from her experience in the Keyblade War she's also got a lot of experience in fighting other Keyblade wielders, who are generally a cross between swordsmen and magicians. She is thus a master of combat.
- Physical attributes: Aya has extremely high stamina, capable of fighting intense battles for hours on end, but is otherwise close to human levels of physical ability. She can run up to about 25mph consistently, but can dash up to 15 feet in half a second once every couple of seconds, and can leap between walls and other obstacles at high speed in a form of magical parkour. Her strength is slightly above average for humans, but is not even peak human strength. The same goes for her durability; without her armor she's rather squishy and must rely on active forms of defense like dodging and magical shields. Luckily, she's very good at dodging.
- Melee combat: Her fighting style is very floaty, defying physics by how long she can stay in the air during combat. She can bounce off walls, zoom from location to location in dashes, and swap between multiple flying or airborne enemies with ease. The usual common sense that an airborne enemy is an open target is never true for her. When hit, she can also quickly recover in midair, stopping mid-flight and returning to the attack or dodging to the side. She cannot remain airborne permanently, she needs objects or enemies to move between, but in combat with multiple enemies or in areas with objects she can remain airborne and moving about almost permanently. This makes her very hard to pin down and hit. When falling large distances, she takes no falling damage, and can glide at will, slowing her descent greatly and moving forward at up to 50 mph. Though she prefers to fight while airborne, she can fight while grounded too. She tends towards a more agile fighting style even while on the ground, moving swiftly about the battlefield rather than sticking to one spot.
- Magic: Aya is also quite good at magic. Rather than a single specialization as is common among non-Keyblade wielders, Aya is somewhat skilled at all types of magic. She can only cast one type of magic at a time, and the bigger the magic the longer it takes to cast and the longer it takes to recover afterwards. Small magic is almost instant, and another spell can be cast only a moment after the first, but the amount of time quickly increases with the potency. Magic can be cast in midair, causing Aya to hover momentarily, and can be cast between melee attacks for great flexibility in battle. She used to be much more powerful, but due to the events that took place before becoming an Evermore, she was vastly weakened. Though she can still use several of the various types of magic she learned, she is only able to cast them at their most weakest levels. See below for examples of the types and potency of her magic.
Kingdom Hearts has quite a few different elements that people can use. The elements that Aya can currently use are Light, Dark, Fire, Ice, Lightning, Magnet, Time, Protect, and Cure.
Light: Light is rather straightforward but incredibly fast. It does little damage but has purification properties. Despite being Light, it hits with some physical force, but mostly deals damage on a spiritual level. This is intensely painful, and because of it's spiritual nature it bypasses physical defenses and cannot be healed normally. Damage recovers slowly over time, or can be healed by magic that affects more than just the body. Being hit by enough light would eventually kill you, but at the level Aya can currently wield it this would take a long time and many hits. She can use this as a laser shot straight forward from the tip of the Keyblade, or can create pillars of light that crash down from the heavens or are launched out from her location. If she calls pillars down from the sky, it takes a moment, and the ground below lights up. The range is within 30 feet of her. She can also imbue her Keyblade with Light, making it glow and increasing her melee range by a couple feet and the force with which she hits doubles. She used to be able to keep this up permanently, but now can only have it going for several seconds before it fades and she has to pause to re-apply it. She can only imbue one element at a time.
Dark: Like Light, Dark deals damage on a spiritual level. Unlike Light, Dark has a corrupting nature, and is unpredictable. Though she can use Dark, Aya is uncomfortable with it, and so her ability with it is very limited. Currently, she can only imbue her Keyblade with Darkness, making it difficult to perceive and block, and increasing the force with which she hits to twice as much. Like with Light imbue, this only lasts for several seconds.
Fire: With fire, Aya can create small fireballs which impact with a small explosion which knocks backs the target but would only bruise and cause minor physical damage, but would give second-third degree burns to exposed flesh. Fire she launches has minor homing properties. She can also release an omni-directional burst of fire which would only travel a few feet but would knock back anything nearby and deal second degree burns. She could also use fire magic to set the ground alight, causing damage to anyone that stands on it, but not herself. Like with Light and Dark, she can imbue fire into her Keyblade for several seconds, causing second-third degree burns with each hit and cauterizing any wound, or causing a small fireball to be launched out with each swing at will.
Ice: With ice, Aya can create icicles or small chunks of ice that are launched out at targets to pierce into them or slam into them and then burst to instantly lower the temperature of the target by a large amount. Ice she shoots out leave trails along the ground which can be skated across at high speed. Icicles launched out move slower than bullets, but are very sharp, and can pierce flesh easily but would shatter against stone or metal. She can also create patches of icy ground several feet across that cause others to slip and feel chilled but which she can move across without trouble.
Lightning: When Aya casts lightning magic, a bolt of lightning lances down from the sky onto the target. This is almost instant, and can only be avoided if the target were paying attention to Aya and knew to avoid it. Similar to Light pillars, the ground sparks with electricity moments before the bolt comes down, and she can only call down lightning within 30 feet. The damage is minor, like a taser, but has similar debilitating effects. She can also surround herself in a ring of lightning for a second to stun and damage nearby enemies.
Magnet: Magnet magic is actually unrelated to magnetism, but is called Magnet because of the way it attracts objects or enemies to a location or object/enemy. With this magic she can create an orb in the air which pulls anything solid nearby towards it. This is strong enough to lift objects up to 150 pounds each and pull them into the air. Objects pulled this way do not travel fast, and the range of magnet is only ten feet so it's easy enough to escape from if you react fast enough, but once pulled into the magnet the object or person becomes an easy target. Magnet only lasts for a few seconds, and Aya cannot cast it again within ten seconds of the initial cast. She can also cast this on objects or other people to attract objects to them instead of attracting objects to a location. The closer something is to the core of the magnet, the stronger the pull.
Time: With time, Aya can stop time for a single target for a few seconds. This can be resisted, with larger targets and more powerful targets being freed more quickly. A target can only be stopped once every ten seconds. Aya can also speed herself up with time magic, or slow enemies down. The more potent the speed up/slow down, the less time it lasts. At most, she can double her speed but this would only last a few seconds. The slowdown can be similarly resisted like the stop.
Protect: Protect magic creates shields, either against certain attacks or effects, or just against anything attempting to enter an area. Aya can create a small shield around herself that can block any attack for a second before fading away, reflecting the attack back to the source. This appears like a prismatic sphere of transparent scales surrounding her. She can also create shields that last for thirty seconds or so that reduce damage by about half. She can also cast shields on a target she can see.
Cure: Cure magic relates to healing and dispelling debuffs, but is also used for buffing yourself or allies. At the peak of her power Aya could use this to increase her strength, speed, and magic by many times over, and instantly heal herself from 0 to full. As she currently is, she can only use it to heal minor wounds like cuts, bruises, and cracked bones, along with slightly recovering more esoteric effects like spiritual damage. If she cast enough times she could eventually start healing deeper wounds, but it would take at least a few minutes to fully heal a single broken bone.
Aya could once do more elements, but aside from the above, she has lost all capability with them. She may recover them in the future, as well as recover her strength with the elements she does currently possess.
- Hearts: As a Keyblade wielder, Aya has the ability to interact with the Hearts of beings. These are not the physical hearts that pump blood, but rather the spiritual Hearts that make up who a person truly is. A body is a mere vessel for the Heart to reside in, while the mind is what keeps a person alive and moving, but the Heart is what a person truly is. As long as the Heart continues to exist, so does the person. A new body could be created for the Heart and the mind can be reawoken, but if the Heart is destroyed it's game over. Luckily, Hearts are actually very difficult to permanently destroy. Aya can interact with the Hearts of other beings, and is able to release Hearts from them as long as they're willing or unconscious. She can take in the Hearts of other's into her own to protect them for a time, causing the body of the person to collapse into a comatose state. Doing so would allow her to slowly heal their Heart over time if damaged, or to simply look after it for a time if the person is in danger. While a Heart is inside her own, it's difficult to sense it, but if she took a moment to concentrate, she might feel something from it. Others would only be able to tell that something was unusual if they took detailed scans of her Heart and actually knew what they were doing.
- Passage: As a Keyblade wielder, Aya has passage into places and areas that should normally be forbidden, such as the home of the Gods, Mount Olympus or the Royal Palace of Cinderella. Places that would normally bar her based on species, status, and so on allow her entry. People that would normally block access either don't notice she's there or let her through without thinking too much about it. This also applies to if she looks out of place, people will not realize that she does not belong unless she does or says something incredibly out of place, like casting magic in a mundane world. She may still be barred from locations that allow anyone in but require a fee such as nightclubs, however, and if she broke the laws or did other noteworthy actions people would still notice. This only takes affect in regards to things that Aya has no or little control over.
Equipment: Keyblade - The Keyblade is a weapon of the heart, and is beyond mere magic. It is a part of you, and cannot be taken from you by any means, returning to the wielder at will. It is also almost impossible to damage, and can be controlled intuitively. The Keyblade has a few things about it that contradict logic or physics:
- The Keyblade can be summoned to the wielder's hand instantly at will, no matter where it was before. This requires space enough to summon it to. It can also be de-summoned, making it disappear. It does not go into a pocket dimension or a special location or anything, it simply disappears.
- It is as heavy or as light as you need it to be to use it comfortably.
- It can be blunt or sharp depending on need. One swing can slash through like a blade, while the next impacts with crushing blunt force like a club. With a swing, Aya could dent metal plate an inch thick or slice through a centimeter or less of steel. She could slice through flesh without issue, but bone would slow or halt her swing partway through.
- Despite being in a peculiar shape, it can be used as if it was a sword with similar balance. Alternately, it can be used as a club and be more tip-heavy, or like an axe, or other medium-length weapon as needed. This gives the weapon a lot of versatility and adaptability and makes it hard to predict at times. It can also be used as a thrown weapon, in a spinning throw to make it fly through the air like a buzzsaw, which has some minor homing properties to make it veer in the direction of the target, though the homing is slow. It hits with similar force as a regular swing.
- The Keyblade can block objects, projectiles, energy, attacks, and other moving things that the user may not normally be able to. This includes objects that should be much too large or heavy to block, energy attacks like fireballs and lightning strikes, bullets that would normally be too fast to move the Keyblade in the way of (but the user would still have to be blocking ahead of time, this only moves it into the path of the bullet), and so on. Blocked projectiles can be reflected back to sender or to another close-by target. Multiple objects can be blocked at once, but the user cannot move while blocking, and it only blocks about 120 degrees so attacks from behind and from the sides will get around this. When blocking, the user is not knocked back unless the impact is massive or sustained. While blocking, the user cannot move, attack, or cast spells, but if the blocked attack was a melee strike, the user could swiftly counter the attack.
- The Keyblade can be used to open portals to other locations in the world. This takes several seconds to do, with her leveling the Keyblade out and firing a laser forward, which then halts in midair before a great bright glowing portal opens at the end of the laser. This is mostly used to get around, but can also be used to send other people to places, willingly or otherwise. There is some suction to the portal, pulling nearby objects or people towards it.
- The Keyblade can lock or unlock doorways, portals, and locks of all kinds with a simple tap or with a ray of light. If the target did not have a physical lock, it would become magically locked, impossible to open without magically unlocking it.
- It's base form can change shape based on your experiences. Battles against powerful foes, exploring new worlds and resolving (or causing) conflicts there, or simply gaining power or knowledge about yourself can cause the Keyblade to shift into a new base form. This new base form may have different strengths and weaknesses or abilities tied to it, or be able to transform you into a unique empowered state for a time. Due to the events occurring directly before becoming an Evermore, she currently only has access to a weakened form of Starlight. As she unlocks new Keyblades, they will be added here.
- Starlight is a very balanced Keyblade. In it's current state, it's sharper than mundane weaponry, and can be used as an effective magical focus. It does not have a second form. This may change as Starlight regains it's strength.
Regalia - Her regalia is a set of Keyblade armor given to her by Ira, the Foreteller of her Union. It is a very durable set of armor, and can protect against physical, magical, and other types of attacks, along with any environment effects. While wearing it, she could float in space without any issue, fall into lava and be fine, and even walk through hostile planes like the Realm of Darkness without having to fear being corrupted. It is incredibly hard to damage, immune to any attacks below the level of shattering stone, and resistant to anything above that level. However, it was damaged during her battle against Ephemer and Skuld, and then broken into pieces by the primordial Darkness in the place she sealed herself within. It will take a long time to repair, and a lot of work, and cannot be recreated without even more work and effort. Currently, all she has are the broken fragments stored away. Like the Keyblade, she can summon them at will, and make them disappear at will.
Darkness Bangle - This is a small silver bangle which slowly gathers to it the power of primordial Darkness, and stores it for Aya's use. She can pull on this power to enhance her abilities and Keyblades permanently once enough has been gathered. Obviously, this only works if Darkness exists, and will be dependent on where she goes. It allows her to travel through places with highly concentrated Darkness without issue. This bangle also protects her from attacks using Darkness, absorbing some of it if it is used against her. It has a side effect of causing the Darkness within her to grow as it absorbs environmental Darkness. If it grows too much, it would be released as an independent malevolent entity bent on causing Aya to give in to the Darkness.
Clothes - Aya has several outfits that she can switch between at will, but which are otherwise entirely mundane. She basically has an outfit or accessory for any occasion, and can change instantly at any moment. She can add additional clothes to her collection as she acquires them.
Name/Alias: Chirithy

ChirithyDescription: Chirithy is a small creature known as a Spirit or Dream Eater. It's roughly a foot tall, and looks like a stuffed doll in the shape of a bipedal cat-like animal. It wears a cape on it's back with a wide collar, and carries around a small purse with a Lux symbol on the front to carry things with. On its back under the cape is the symbol of the Dream Eater. It's body is just as soft as it looks.
Personality: Chirithy is fiercely loyal to Aya above all else, seeking her best interests even if they conflict with Aya's desires. It wants to protect her, and does everything it can to make her stronger and make sure she's happy and healthy. Despite its attachment to Aya, it usually works independently, frequently leaving Aya's side to look around Worlds for information she might find useful.
Powers/Skills: Chirithy has the ability to teleport to any location it is familiar with or can see. It can do this freely, on a moment's notice, and when it does so a poof of smoke erupts from where he was standing, fading a second later. There is no distance limit to this power, but it does not work between Realms. Chirithy can also teleport to a safe area close to someone it is familiar with, regardless of location as long as they're within the Realm.
It also has the ability to tell when it is needed, or when it should return to Aya. This can be for if Aya is in trouble and needs assistance, if she is getting ready to leave or make plans, or if she just needs Chirithy to send a message to someone. If she wants or needs it to appear before her, then Chirithy will know it, and do so as long as it is able.
Chirithy does not need anything to sustain it. It does not eat, drink, sleep, or breathe, and has no need to. It does not feel pain, but can still be damaged. It is only as durable as a stuffed toy, and is weak enough that a child could easily overpower it. Similarly it is easy to heal/repair it. It has no bones, no muscles or flesh, and so it is impossible to do anything worse than surface wounds. The smallest healing spell would repair it. It would not die unless it was ripped to pieces.
Chirithy's main skill is to find information, get around without being seen, and acquire helpful tools for Aya, and also to help guide and comfort her. Chirithy is wise, and has a lot of helpful wisdom to share.
As a Dream Eater, Chirithy is weak in the waking world, but within dreams, it is much more powerful. It gains magical abilities while within the realm of dreams and sleep more powerful than Aya's, though it's physical abilities remain weak. Having gone through the same ordeal as Aya, he is limited to the same elements as Aya, but is about twice as powerful, making effects twice as strong. He is not experienced with combat, and so despite having powerful magic, he would be easily overcome in a fight.
Equipment: An ordinary yellow cape. A pouch the size of a purse which currently holds a single elixir. The elixir is a miraculous drink which when drank by someone brings them back to perfect condition from even the brink of death.
